Terms of Use and Sale

Last updated 4 October 2026. These terms apply to the use of privatecreditprep.com and to every product bought from Private Credit Prep. Buying a product means accepting them, and the checkout asks you to confirm it.

1. The content

Articles, emails and products are educational material for interview preparation. They are not investment, legal or tax advice, and they do not guarantee any interview result, offer or job.

2. Products and delivery

The Interview Guide, the Modeling Test and the bundle are digital files (PDF and Excel). Payment is processed by Gumroad and the files are made available immediately afterwards. At checkout you ask for this immediate access and acknowledge that, once the files are available, the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases no longer applies (Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code; Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Gumroad sends a receipt that confirms the order.

3. Your licence

Each purchase gives one person a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence to read and use the files for their own preparation. You may not:

• share, forward, upload or post the files, or any substantial part of them, including in group chats, drives, forums or study groups;
• resell, rent or give away the files or access to them;
• use them to teach or train others, in a society, a school or a company, without a written licence;
• remove the copyright notices or the purchase marks from the files.

Group and society licences are available on request at support@privatecreditprep.com. The text, models, figures and design of the site and the products remain the property of Private Credit Prep.

4. Refunds

A defective or misdescribed file reported within 14 days is replaced or refunded. A change of mind after the files have been made available is not refunded. The full conditions are in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. End of the licence

The licence ends automatically if the order is refunded, reversed or charged back, or if these terms are breached. Access to the files and to updates is then removed, and you must delete every copy you hold. Sharing or resale is pursued as a breach of copyright.

6. Payment disputes

Please contact support before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer. A dispute opened without contacting support first is contested with the order record and the terms accepted at checkout.

7. Liability

The products are provided as described on their product pages. To the extent the law allows, liability for any loss linked to their use is limited to the price paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits a right that the consumer law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived.

8. Use of the site

You may read and quote the free articles with a link to the source. Automated copying of the site or of the products, and any attempt to access them without paying, are not allowed.

9. Changes, law and contact

These terms may be updated, and an order is governed by the version in force when it was placed. They are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory protections of the consumer law of your country of residence. Questions go to support@privatecreditprep.com.
