Refund Policy

The 30-day guarantee

Work through the full guide before your interview. If you completed it and still do not feel sharper on downside, structure, covenants, and documentation, email support@privatecreditprep.com within 30 days of purchase and you get a full refund.

You do not need to explain yourself at length or send proof. One line saying you worked through it and it did not help is enough.

How to request one

• Email support@privatecreditprep.com from the address you purchased with, or include your Gumroad receipt number.
• Requests are answered within 3 business days.
• Approved refunds are issued through Gumroad to the original payment method. Gumroad typically takes 5 to 10 business days to return the funds, which is outside our control.

Access issues

If your download link does not work or you never received the files, that is not a refund question. Email support@privatecreditprep.com and you will get the files directly, usually the same day. The 30-day window does not start counting until you actually have the product.

Statutory rights

Nothing above limits any right you have under the consumer law of your own country. Where those rights are more favourable than this policy, they apply instead of it.

The free credit memo framework is free. There is nothing to refund, and you can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it.
